Administration / Payroll – Finance Officer (Wauchope)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Our client requires an Administration / Payroll officer to work in their Wauchope office between 8th December to 21 December and 2nd Jan through to 25th January  (Note: Christmas to New year our office is closed)

The successful candidate will have experience with XERO/XERO Adminisitrator Accounting software, and be required to work with minimal supervision performing accounts and bookkeeping.

This candidate will need experience in the following:

  • Payroll – through Xero
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Overseas transfers
  • Data Entry and matching
  • Expense claims
  • Term Deposit Management
  • Accounts payable run
  • Process + pay Credit cards
  • BAS. IAS + SUPER (ATO)
