We are currently updating our on-line communication strategy.During this process we discovered that it’s really not that easy!

Through our recruitment experience we are seeing more and more employees who are seeking best fit –checking for a values alignment, same work ethos, and they are not willing to compromise

Many of you check Face Book (FB)… for either family, friends, potential employees and employers – do you always see the best image portrayed?

Implementing a Business Linkedin page and Facebook has made us realise we need to tread carefully and ensure that our precious image and branding is intact.

So what is Social media marketing ? firstly, there is more time spent on accessing FB than reading emails! It’s a way to communicate directly to our /your clients – taking the power away from Publishers back to us/you!

Due to the massive growth in social media – The lines between personal, professional, business and social are blurred….who you are; what your business values are; how you behave and communicate is now so visible and so accessible to so many.

What is your Brand? – personal/private and business/company culture in total Alignment? do you have conguency? If not, it may lead to credibility issues and your fans left wondering about you…

Is the image you’re portraying – self-serving – social and/or anti-social – Appropriate and inappropriate? Does it pass the NAN test? that is – if my Nan has a look, will she approve?

Happy Social Media everyone!
