Our valued client requires a very personable, positive and up-beat receptionist/clercial assistant.
to be considered for the role you MUST have….
- demonstrated ability in managing telephone enquiries
 - team player who can acquire knowledge quickly
 - experience in preparing invoices with accuracy and effectiveness
 - excellent data entry experience in MYOB and working within Access data base
 - basic payroll via MYOB
 - sound knowledge using several software applications (Microscoft Suite a MUST)
 - ability to apapt to diverse IT systems (be very techno savvy)
 - excellent typing speed with high levels of accuracy
 - exemplary interpersonal and communication skills
 - broad knowledge of social media and new IT platforms
 
The role is for 3 days per week; flexible hours – considering 9am -12md Tues/Wed/Thurs…
