Seeking a highly experienced General Operation’s Manager, to oversee daily operations and meet the strategic outcomes of 2 major cost centres, as well as implement robust strategies that will increase profitability. Our Client seeks someone who can drive change, innovate for cost savings and increase profits! to be successful in this role you will need strong business acumen,  be a seasoned and successful manager who can drive change in a positive way.

  1. Experience in building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  2. Evidence of  working successfully within government bureaucracy and processes
  3. Past evidence of implementing strategic plans and achieving key outcomes
  4. Leadership skills – Leading a team of Para-professionals, experts in their field
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills as they relate to PR, sponsorships, managing senior staff and reporting to hierarchy
  6. Sound financial, commercial and asset management skills
  7. Demonstrated change management experience with successful outcomes

Salary $110-120k circa package
