The company

a dynamic, medium sized,  private company that invests in its staff and is keen to expand services and sales revenue. They seek a highly professional sales person who possesses sensitivity and empathy.

Key Objectives

Diplomacy, courtesy and consideration for people with sensitive medical conditions. The main objective of this position is to build the specific, continence product revenue both in retail and institutional sectors, within a wide geographical area. Just as importantly,  is the promotion of  graduation compression stocking range, this includes being capable of measurement and up-close and personal customer service for this product.

The Job

Attending to customer service and sales; Advising on suitability of new products; Liaising with Medical Professionals and advising on product suitability.

Ensuring  required stock is on display in the showroom; Entering and processing sales orders; Home and site deliveries when required.

Merchandising skills and ensure showroom display is effective, neat & tidy.

Current Drivers Licence.

The skills and experience required to perform the tasks 

  • Competent Computer skills  – entry & Word processing for various documents, spreadsheets.
  • Experienced in organising data base  and updating relevant data.
  • Interpret instructions and issues arising, then implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures.
  • Research & investigate information to enable strategic decision making.
  • Arrange & participate in meetings, conference & project team activities.
  • Answer a large volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate to these calls.
  • Log information on calls received where required and maintain detailed and accurate records.
  • File data & perform other routine clerical tasks as assigned and for other departments as needed.
  • Communicate & liaise both verbally and in writing between customers/suppliers/visitors/enquirers and relevant staff, and interpret & respond clearly & effectively to spoken requests both over the phone & in person, and to verbal or written instructions.
  • Adhere to the Peak Care Equipment & ATSA Codes of Conduct
