The main objective of this position is to build the specific, continence product revenue both in retail and institutional sectors, within a wide geographical area. Just as importantly, is the promotion of graduation compression stocking range, this includes being capable of measurement and up-close and personal customer service for this product.
The Job
Attending to customer service and sales; Advising on suitability of new products; Liaising with Medical Professionals and advising on product suitability.
Ensuring required stock is on display in the showroom; Entering and processing sales orders; Home and site deliveries when required.
Merchandising skills and ensure showroom display is effective, neat & tidy.
Current Drivers Licence.
The skills and experience required to perform the tasks
- Competent Computer skills – entry & Word processing for various documents, spreadsheets.
- Experienced in organising data base and updating relevant data.
- Interpret instructions and issues arising, then implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures.
- Research & investigate information to enable strategic decision making.
- Arrange & participate in meetings, conference & project team activities.
- Answer a large volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate to these calls.
- Log information on calls received where required and maintain detailed and accurate records.
- File data & perform other routine clerical tasks as assigned and for other departments as needed.
- Communicate & liaise both verbally and in writing between customers/suppliers/visitors/enquirers and relevant staff, and interpret & respond clearly & effectively to spoken requests both over the phone & in person, and to verbal or written instructions.
