The company
Our client, is a not-for-profit home modification and maintenance service based in Port Macquarie. They provide quality, affordable home modifications and maintenance enabling clients to live more independently within community and remain living in their own homes longer. The major emphasis is on access, safety and independence.
The role
Working with a small dynamic team, the tasks are diverse from MYOB to processing referrals from Occupational Therapists, to communicating with the elderly. This role involves high process volume of data entry, accuracy and time management. Taking telephone enquiries; accepting cash and EFTPOS as well as invoicing. Ideally, you will have knowledge of website editing as well as Social Media updates on FaceBook
The person
You will need to be an experienced bookkeeper with sound knowledge of MYOB along with Access data base. Ideally, your excel skills will be at intermediate level. Your customer service skills and your communication skills would be at a very high standard. Working with a small, effective team, you would be expected to “pitch-in” where and when required. To be highly successful in the role, you will need to have strong attention for detail.
Hours
to commence – approx 8-10 hours per week, mainly Monday/Tues and/or Fri.
