If successful, you will be joining a dynamic, small team of highly qualified and skilled professionals.  They pride themselves in providing quality valuation services that are delivered to various financial institutions, government agencies and private residents.

Primarily, the main responsibility is to provide effective, high level administration support to the firm’s Valuers in processing valuation requests / reports and the most efficient and effective service for Valuers.  To be successful in this role you will need

  • Front desk & reception management experience
  • Research skills to access data
  • Dexterity with using Google Maps
  • Knowledge of Real Estate and/or property (a distinct advantage)
  • The ability to understand the jargon associated with property descriptions
  • ADVANCED skills with current computer& software operations/applications (Google Chrome; excel; word is essential)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong sense of geography of the local Hastings area
  • Speed data entry along with high accuracy
  • To be a lateral thinker who can achieve deadlines
  • Experience with collating, filing
  • ability to consistently follow QA processes & procedures

Friendly hours 11am – 5pm Monday – Friday
