Our client, a leading specialist supplier of Medical products to retail and institutions, seek an energetic and highly skilled Ops Manager to lead and manage all aspects of the business.
This is an exciting new senior role, working alongside the current Management team to maintain high levels of customer service as well as sales targets.
You would be responsible for the day to day running of the business, ensuring all processes and procedures meet both legislative and QA compliance requirements.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Tertiary Qualification in Business or equivalent
- Experience within Retail or Heath care industry
- Proven Knowledge and experience implementing marketing strategies
- Sound and demonstrated Financial Acumen
- Understanding of QA and the streamlining of processes for continuous improvement
- Advanced interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate with variety of stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in building business and sales
- to be an excellent leader who creates a motivational climate
- Advanced computer skills – all Microsoft suite
