About the Role
Working closely with customers, you will develop opportunities with medium to large businesses through both cold and warm introductions, taking them through the pre-sales process as well as closing the sale and providing excellent after-sales service and support. This is followed up by clear administrative processes and stock control. There is about 50% administration and 50% technical/sales and related support. Other duties include:
- Sales Order fulfilment
- Technical telephone support
- Purchase, control and security of stock
- Supporting the team
- Credit Control
What you will bring to the role
You will come from a strong background in either technical ‘Inside Sales’ or equivalent pre-sales / lead-generation responsibilities. You will possess strong IT skills paired with tech support, and troubleshooting within a sales environment.
Utilising your excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills – you will manage a pipeline of pre-sales activities, dealing with customer expectations to keep up with a growing workload.
Bringing your vast experience with Business Development along with strong QA and follow-through, you will be a seasoned organiser with advanced administration skills
