We seek a highly professional and experienced receptionist/admin  to be the “face” for our client’s business and the positive greeter and assistant for their public. This contract is in Narrabri

Ideally, you should have 

  • Two (2) + years experience in a similar role
  • Computer savvy with knowledge of diverse software including MS Suite
  • Efficient data entry skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Advanced administration skills with attention to detail
  • Great telephone manner along with efficiency at front desk
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of personal and professional presentation and grooming
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
